Community Aid for Humanitarian Organization

Community Aid for Humanitarian Organization (CAHO) was registered in 2017 in South Sudan at the Relief and Rehabilitation Commission (RRC) under the serial No: 1013. As a National Non-Governmental Organization in South Sudan. CAHO has been working for over 6 years and has built a long-term, local presence in Equatoria Region Central Equatoria, Eastern Equatoria, Western Equatoria, Jonglei State, Unity State and Upper Nile State in South Sudan. CAHO Country team has advisors uses their specialist expertise on implementing both humanitarian emergency response and development intervention programmes: food and nutrition security and rural development, Peace Building and Conflict Mitigation, access to Justice and rule of law, child protection and education, Health, Agriculture, Nutrition, WASH, economic recovery and development (ERD)/livelihoods. CAHO aims: To provide development and humanitarian services and assistance to extreme communities affected with conflict, leading to poverty, crises by enhancing transformation of their lives and ensuring total health as well being. CAHO response to humanitarian supports to provide life-saving assistance and humanitarian aid to vulnerable South Sudanese, trying to rebuild their lives and restore peace and improving health, safety, and economic well-being, targeting women, youth, children, and other vulnerable people.
