CEPF Gender Toolkit

This gender toolkit is intended to provide guidance for CEPF applicants and grantees in understanding and integrating gender into their conservation projects. It is also useful however for all conservation practitioners  for gender integration in projects!

This toolkit is designed to be easy to use. Gender can influence who uses, has access to and owns natural resources. Therefore, considering gender can help determine who participates in and benefits from a conservation project. These considerations can ultimately affect a project’s long-term success.
