This course will guide you through the basic steps for designing an impactful biodiversity conservation project that addresses the priority needs of the area you are working in.
By the end of this course, you should be able to:
Explain who should be involved in the project design process and why.
Create a problem and objective tree for a biodiversity conservation problem you are trying to address.
Compare the different terminologies donors use to describe the change resulting from their project, and how they relate to each other.
Use your objectives tree to begin building a logical framework, theory of change, and/or impact chain.
